Let's get the pedantry out of the way first, because apparently I have to say this every week: record is a lagging indicator of matchup luck, and all-play is the only number in this fact pack that tells you who is actually good. Obviously. Three weeks in, we already have a two-team gap at the top that the record book agrees with, and a pileup in the middle where the schedule is lying to several of you. The numbers were never in question.

1. Long Hair Dont Care — Charlie Koepsell (3-0) A 33-6 all-play record isn't a hot streak, it's a verdict. Koepsell's luck delta sits at a modest +0.154, meaning this team would be rolling even against an average schedule, and a 41.4-point week from Jahmyr Gibbs — sorry, that was actually Justin Waitt's Gibbs, Koepsell got there on the strength of George Kittle going nuclear for 29.2 and Joe Burrow following with 22.58. Nobody else in this league has an all-play floor this high. There is no argument against this ranking. I checked.

2. DELAWARE CHICKEN FARMER'S — Elliott Simmonds (3-0) Jaxon Smith-Njigba dropped 35.36 in Week 3, which is nice, but the real story is a +0.308 luck delta riding shotgun on a 27-12 all-play mark that would be top-two regardless. Simmonds is getting results and deserving them simultaneously, a combination this league apparently allows exactly twice a season. Enjoy it while the variance holds.

3. Wisconsin Weezy — Justin Waitt (2-1) Identical all-play record to Simmonds (27-12) but a luck delta of -0.026, which means Waitt has been the platonic ideal of schedule-neutral this year and is still only 2-1 to show for it. Jahmyr Gibbs went for 41.4 points in Week 3 alone, which tells you the floor here is enormous even with Brian Thomas contributing a rounding error.

4. Tuten that thang up — Jamie Sinn (2-1) A 26-13 all-play mark and a luck delta of exactly zero, which is the rarest reading in this entire fact pack. Whatever Jamie Sinn's record says is precisely what Jamie Sinn's team is. Ja'Marr Chase at 24.8 carried Week 3, and there's a real case this roster is underrated purely because the record hasn't caught up to the all-play number yet.

5. The Epitome of Brutality — Chris Boyle (1-2) Here's Chris Boyle sitting at 1-2 with a 24-15 all-play record and a brutal -0.282 luck delta — the second-worst mark in the league. Drake London went for 28.4 in a loss. McBoyle can write himself as many flattering fake quotes as he wants; the model says this team has been actively snakebit, not bad.

6. ShitCo Summer — Brian Jones (2-1) Same 24-15 all-play line as Boyle, but a +0.051 luck delta means Jones's record is basically the honest version of this profile. Brock Bowers went off for 32.6, which is a nice floor to build around, but there's no variance story here to be mad about — this is just a solid 2-1 team that earned it.

7. Evan Sinn (1-2) Sinn shows up on my permanent Fraud Watch list for a career built on favorable schedules, so it is deeply, personally satisfying to report a -0.256 luck delta through three weeks — third-worst in the league — sitting on top of a 23-16 all-play mark. Brock Purdy dropped 31.28 for nothing. The universe occasionally corrects itself.

8. Shadynasty — Tareq Hafza (2-1) A 17-22 all-play record paired with a +0.231 luck delta means Hafza's 2-1 is running about half a win ahead of what the process deserves. Bijan Robinson's 35.3-point week papered over a roster that's middle-of-the-pack at best once you strip out the schedule gifts.

9. bcunnion — Ben Cunnion (2-1) Welcome back to the Fraud Watch, an institution that never seems to close for business around here. Same +0.231 luck delta as Hafza, same 17-22 all-play mark, and Cunnion is once again outperforming his process. Harold Fannin's 27.6 is real. The 2-1 record, less so.

10. smg07f — Sean Gibbins (1-2) Sean Gibbins owns the exact same 17-22 all-play record as the two fraud-adjacent teams ranked above him, but a -0.103 luck delta, meaning this 1-2 mark is actually a touch worse than deserved. Kirk Cousins and Kyren Williams both cleared 21 points in the loss. Bad beats, not bad process.

11. Bannermen — Kevin Jones (2-1) This is the single most statistically embarrassing 2-1 record in the league. A 14-25 all-play mark — fourth-worst overall — paired with a +0.308 luck delta, tied for the highest in the fact pack. Kenyon Sadiq's 27 points bailed out a roster that has otherwise lost the all-play battle nearly twice as often as it's won it. Kevin Jones is on the Fraud Watch now too.

12. hunterk4 — Hunter Koepsell (0-3) A 13-26 all-play record and a league-worst -0.333 luck delta. This is a bad team that has also been unlucky, which is the least fun combination in fantasy — no moral victory available, just a genuinely rough three weeks getting worse by variance on top of it.

13. Bock Bock Bitch — Ryan Weaver (0-3) A 6-33 all-play record, comfortably the second-worst in the league, sitting under an 0-3 record and a -0.154 luck delta — meaning even the schedule has piled on a roster that didn't need the help. Garrett Wilson's 26.7 was the entire offense in Week 3.

14. jhamm89 — Joe Hamm (0-3) A 5-34 all-play record, the single worst mark in the Nevin Place Memorial League, worse even than Weaver's. Starting both Lamar Jackson and Marcus Mariota at quarterback in the same lineup is the kind of decision that deserves its own footnote in the record book, and Costanza should probably add one.

The all-play standings remain the only real standings. Everyone currently benefiting from a positive luck delta should enjoy the feeling; it doesn't last, and I keep a spreadsheet to remind you of that in Week 10.
